Spain: LANXESS divests its interest in Quimidroga Plasticos

Company now wholly owned by Quimidroga

The LANXESS holding company Hispania S.L. divested its 40 percent interest in Quimidroga Plasticos S.A., a joint venture company with the Spanish Group Quimidroga S.A. Quimidroga Plasticos markets plastics, rubber and chemicals, particularly LANXESS products. The purchaser is the joint venture partner Quimidroga S.A., which formerly held a 60 percent interest.

Quimidroga Plasticos acts as a distributor for Lustran Polymers in Spain and Portugal. The existing business relationship will continue unchanged.
